My car ETJ 5275 was given in Dammam (King saudi street) body and paint workshop on 25/Sep/2016 and was promised to return on 12/Oct/2016. Despite two time visit on 13 oct 2016 the car was not repaired yet and the repair advisor Maeam 0595523316 was so ignorant and not attending any calls, mostly his mobile is closed.
If he attend our calls without giving clear answer he is disconnecting it. He has no telephone etiquette at all.
Even when I tried to call the land line number which is given in the receipt , no one is attending that call.
Useless fellows don't want to go to Toyota is the lesson learned.

I didn't like: Service is very poor, No land line telephone response, No mobile phone response, Service advisor are behaving very ruddy, False promise on delivery date, Land line number not working, Mobile number not attended, Disconnecting call without information, Phone mostly switched off, Ignorant employees.
